When you are unaware of why you feel so bad… it’s impossible to change your results.
We run from our emotions because as a child it felt safer to “hide” your emotions then to feel them. Most of us were told repeatedly… “Cry and I’ll give you something to cry about!” … among other fear-based responses to our genuine feelings. Our parents and society as a whole had and continues to have little understanding of our emotional guidance systems and the link between our Emotions and our Success.
Even in many success circles, effort is placed on getting rid of our limiting beliefs and erasing the subconscious programming rather than understanding how to work with the parts of us that need our love and attention! This is why you may change some limiting beliefs, but still struggle to change your results. The struggle you are having can’t and won’t go away until you find the gift the struggle is designed to give you!
Moreover, the patriarchal systems that have been in place for EONS are all about projecting outward and ignoring what we really feel. The “Just Do It” mentality says if I just take action I will arrive at what I want. This has most of us running around in circles and never arriving at the real authentic business that our Soul’s yearn for…
To heal and transform our experience, we must then learn to Balance who we are Being with what we are Doing. To find calm amidst the Chaos. I call this the Balance of Being and Doing Axis.
The Balance of Being and Doing Axis is one of the 7 Axises of Self-Mastery. This Axis is made-up of Moon and Saturn:
- The Moon represents our “Being energy” created from our emotional security held deep within the subconscious mind… represented by the Mother.
- Saturn represents our “Doing energy” created from our duties, responsibilities and perceived limitations… represented by the Father.
Combined together within the Balance of Being and Doing Axis, the Moon and Saturn give us a clear viewpoint of how to create the Balance we need to have authentic success.
As we do our Inner healing work, we learn to go deep to love and nurture ourselves (The Mother Moon Energy) and use our limitations to take responsibility for how we are Seen in the World (The Father Saturn Energy).
Your Inner Child is needing your love and acknowledgement… that’s all it ever is. Your “limiting beliefs” are your Inner Child trying to get your attention. To stop hiding, you must love and acknowledge the real you… YOU must see YOU…
When you become your own loving Mother and Father, you give yourself the love that you need and you see you… no one else can do this for you! This connects to you taking responsibility for your emotions FIRST so that you take action in the present moment from the core of who you really are! …which then results in you being Seen as the Uniquely Brilliant Leader that your tribe needs!
